inconsolable heartbreak

Welp, good thing no one knows this site exists because I’m about to have a Dear Diary sob fest of epic proportions. My realtor called this morning and said that even if I manage to get funding in order, the ranch owner has decided to sell to the developer because they want both the house and the land and don’t require owner carry financing.

I also wanted both the house and the land, but because I could only put 25% cash down and my company is a start up, the owner asked for a personal guarantee that equalled everything I own, so I countered with an offer for only the land and that’s when the realtor said, “too bad, so sad” <<ugly cry all day>>

I went to the woods to cry and got stung by bees.
